We collect the information you provide when you create an account or subscribe — your name, email address, and billing details — and the materials you submit for analysis within the suite (for example, documents and source material used by Cipher, Index, and Arkus AI). We also collect limited technical data such as log and device information needed to operate the service securely.

We use your information to provide the Arkus Suite, process payments, deliver assessment and evidence work products, communicate with you about your account, and improve the reliability and security of the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Materials you submit for analysis are processed inside the Arkus Suite for your engagement. Sensitive source material is not used to train public AI models. Access is restricted, and we apply role-based controls and audit logging to sensitive operations.

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers to operate the service, including Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Google (the Gemini models that power analysis, accessed server-side). These providers process data only as needed to deliver their functions and under their own security commitments.

We retain account and engagement data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.

We protect data in transit and at rest, enforce row-level access controls in our database, and keep service credentials and signing secrets in server-only code paths that browsers never receive. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, communicated to you directly.
